Before you email about a timer…

Alarms not ringing? Check Settings → Notifications → UV Buddy on your iPhone, and that Focus modes allow the alarm.
Widgets look stale? Widgets refresh on a system schedule (about every 20 minutes). Removing and re-adding the widget resets it.
No UV data? Make sure Location Services are on for UV Buddy, or pin a city manually in the Today tab.
